Greetings Parents and Families of Valley View Elementary:
My name is Doug Pieschek and I’m extremely honored and excited to be part of the staff and community of Valley View Elementary as Principal. I’m very passionate about education and I look forward to partnering with you to provide our students with a rigorous, engaging, and high-quality school experience.  As a father I recognize the importance of a strong home-school connection. Parents are every child’s first teacher and I believe that by working together, we can make sure your child’s social, emotional, and academic needs are met.
My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in K-12 Physical Education, Master of Educational Technology and a Master and Licensure in Educational Leadership and Administration.  I am personally very hard working, energetic and passionate about working and connecting with all students, staff and community members. I believe that everyday is a new day to do something special. I look forward to continuing to work extremely hard in building a community atmosphere with all staff and students I have the pleasure of working with at Valley View.

A little about Mr. Pieschek:
In 2014, I married my lovely wife, Melissa. Together we're raising four wonderful girls, Annabelle (7 years), Evelyn (5 years), Lenora (3 year), Elodie (2 year), and Clayton (baby) along with our dog, Sadie Rae. We are very active in the community and enjoy going to school events.  I love to be outdoors doing anything active especially water sports. Most of all, I enjoy cheering on the Green Bay Packers!

A little bit about Mr. Fisch:
In 2008, I married my wife Nikki.  We have 2 kids, Hallie(10 years) and Emmett(5 years) along with 2 dogs Hank and Bella.  Our family enjoys being on the golf course as much as we can in the summer.
